Join Heather for a day dedicated to rediscovering and embracing the true you. Be Your Authentic Self retreat is a safe space to lift off the mask, release perfectionism, let go of people-pleasing, and move beyond the need for external validation.

You will be invited to release old patterns and then connect with, and acknowledge the beautiful, imperfect, and “good enough” YOU who is deserving of abundance, love and belonging, just as you are.

This transformational day will guide you through practices that help dissolve old behaviours we do, to take the edge off any discomfort and pain, and to allow your authentic self to emerge. This nurturing day will also help you become aware of the countless number of things we, as women, do because we feel like we 'should' and to become strong enough to start doing more of the things we 'choose'.

Through a combination of healing activities and a deeply supportive connection with like-minded women, this retreat is an invitation to relax deeply, replenish, and reconnect with your soul self.
