I attended soul Sisters healing group today it was my first time so i was a bit nervous as I suffer from anxiety. I have had several reiki sessions, my child has had in the past a course of weekly reiki and I recently have had white light healing. Each treatment is conducted with such a peaceful and professional manner, yet Heather really is the most soothing of people. Me and my Husband had our level 1 reiki, in Heathers gorgeous home. It was such a wonderful experience. Heather puts you at ease from the get go. On the 2 day course you are met with a stunning relaxation vibe, mixed in with lots of guidance to help you fully understand the topic, you leave feeling fully equipped for your reiki journey. Heather is a truly special human being and highly skilled practitioner! I was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer in 2019 and had to embark on months of gruelling treatment and surgery. I visited Heather for weekly sessions of Reiki to help get me through the treatment on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Heather's intuition, connectivity and empathy are mind blowing - the calm stillness and inner positivity I left with after each session were both restorative and strengthening - Heather really does have a very special gift! Two years on and thankfully with no evidence of disease, Heather has been unfaltering with her support, offering me remote Reiki when face to face wasn't possible and giving me the most blissful, relaxing massage more recently. I first started seeing Heather after being gifted a pregnancy massage and iv never looked back. I have used her pregnancy massage and reflexology sessions and would get the best night sleep after. I also suffered terribly with headaches and restless leg syndrome during my pregnancies and both would be improved after a session with heather. I now use heather for her 90 min bespoke tailored sessions and she always knows what to do to make me feel better in body and spirit. I always leave feeling well rested and more uplifted.

We booked an afternoon of mummy pampering with Heather - and it was such a great idea! Heather created a soothing and relaxed space in my home, and us mums took it in turns to mind each others babies whilst one of us received a treatment. It was very relaxing to be pampered for a change - and the babies had fun together too. We appreciated Heather's professional and calm manner, and everybody loved their treatment. Heather is fabulous. Such a kind manner and very professional. The set up she brings with her is actually better than some spa resorts I have been too. A consultation to begin with even includes your choice of oils. A deeply relaxing but effective massage followed by reflexology. I've been feeling off balance and poorly recently and this has really helped. Will most definitely be booking more appointments.

Heather come to my home yesterday, as I booked in for pregnancy massage and maternity reflexology. She was lovely and did a fab job! I suffer from SPD (pelvic girdle pain) and lots of other symptoms causing me extrucuating pain. The treatments made me feel relaxed and very tired afterwards; I've had a nice sleep and woke this morning finding it much easier to walk and move about! And also reduced water retention in ankles and feet! Definitely will book again, especially for the reflexology at the end of my pregnancy to help bring on labour!

I would absolutely recommend Heather. I had a full body holistic massage and reflexology and both treatments were amazing. She spoke to me before we started about how I was feeling and what I wanted out of the treatments and she tailored it all to suit my needs. Wow what can I say, Heather is amazing at what she does. I’ve had reiki and attended the monthly meditation groups. Booked a pregnancy massage and have never had a massage at home before. Heather arrived and was very professional and made me very comfortable and I was transported to a little bit of paradise in my own home. The massage was absolutely wonderful and so relaxing and it was so nice being at home, no getting back in the car or getting dressed etc. I booked Heather for another massage at my first massage but for longer next time. Heather arrived exactly on time. She was very understanding of my 6 month old daughter's needs and allowed me to tend to her when she was crying. She was very flexible when my daughter wouldn't settle and massaged while I was sat on my armchair cuddling and feeding my baby instead of laying on the bed. It is quite nice having a relaxing massage in the comfort of your own home. Heather comes with all the kit she needs! I hope to see her again so long as the gift my cat brought us didn't scare her off!

The lovely Heather came to my house yesterday to give treatments to a group of us with young babies. She set up in one of the upstairs room and being at home allowed us all to have a relaxing treatment whilst we minded each other's babies. Her massage was fantastic, and the product she uses really lovely and natural. As a mother of young children, it really is wonderful to have some time to focus on yourself and Heather's mobile treatments really allow for this in the comfort and security of your own home. As a mother herself she is very in tune to this, and in tune to the stresses on the body that motherhood causes. I will definitely book her again!

During my pregnancy, Heather's holistic approach to massage worked perfectly for pure relaxation whilst rejuvenating my whole body and realigning my lower back.
